[FPN] - The U.S. Senate is poised to give final passage to legislation that will extend special 'hate crimes' protections to some people on the basis of their private sexual misconduct. The defense appropriations bill, which now includes the pro-homosexual hate crimes amendment, is widely expected to given final approval by the Senate in the next few days.
